What is your refund policy?

For third party bookings (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.), our refund policy adheres to the rules of the third party booking platform and any additional policies as laid out in the property listing and reservation details found within the third party platform.

For direct bookings, our refund policy is as laid out in the signed rental agreement.

What is your cancellation policy?

Bookings through third party apps (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc.) are subject to the cancellation policies listed on the third party app listing and/or reservation details.

For direct bookings, cancellation policy is according to the signed rental agreement.

How can I contact Lopez Property Management?

If you are contacting us about an upcoming or ongoing stay at one of our listings, please reach out to us through your third party booking platform (Airbnb, Vrbo, etc) or message your guest services agent directly. Contact information for your guest services agent can usually be found within the confirmation email, rental agreement, or direct messages of your third party booking platform.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Airbnb and Vrbo accept most credit cards and is our preferred method of payment on those platforms.

Direct bookings accept most credit cards. Alternative methods of payment may be accepted depending on the listing. Feel free to ask about payment options when booking directly.
